As your keyboard appears to be broken, I fixed the case issue for you:

If Given...
-Ford claims they have 125,000 bronco orders (66.7 reservation to order turn over rate)
-Ford clams they are going to build 65,000 bronco's aka units this year.

Then...
Why did they only allocate 30% of the 125,000 bronco orders for my2021? This does not make sense!!!!

Facts
-30% of the my21 allocation (125,000 units) comes out to: 37,500 bronco builds.
-Ford's 65,000 builds will be built between june 7th through dec. 23, 2021
-This turns out to be 157.3 days (with a 5 1/2 day work week)
-157.3 build days = 65,000 units for my2021 builds
-or 413 broncos built per day. (this is a conservative estimate given commodity issues)
-at 413 units built per day , they will have reached their full nationwide allocation on september 29th (37,500 bronco built....Aka 30% allocation for my 2021)

- 37,500 bronco's (aka the my21 national dealer allocation) using ford's own numbers, will be built on or before september 29,2021

Questions
- What becomes of the broncos built after september 29, 2021?
- What becomes of the broncos built after the reservation to order allocations have been filled?

If you do the math that leaves (37,500 aka 30% allocation filled) approx 65,000 estimated yearly build = 27,500 leftover broncos built between september 29th-december 23rd, 2021). What happens to the leftovers?

- Does ford have a monthly or quarterly rolling allocation?
- Do they allocate by quarter?
- Are the left overs going to those next in line converted orders? Or are these broncos heading to dealers for off the street customers aka dealer marked up orders?

Inquiring minds [want to know].

Ford Bronco Nationwide allocation met by September 29?? kiPzY6scGuVTFUWCTo

I hate when people claim that all capital letters is yelling. No, they are letters on a screen. Unless you have a Text-to-Speech software that actually yells them and can prove the person posting them actually yelled, out loud, the words in all capital letters, it is not yelling. That misnomer started when a bunch of librarians and other barely computer literate busy bodies began using internet chat rooms and decided that it was their responsibility to give everyone etiquette lessons and coin a ridiculously hip word netiquette. Clamoring to be the first to tell someone that their use of capital letters is "yelling" makes you resemble that one trope in the zeitgeist that is named after a common English name.

Isn't Ford going to answer his questions?

Guess who is not buying his "2021" Bronco if it's built on 12/23/21 and delivered in 2022?

Me.
So you’re going to buy a Forester once you walk away?

and yes, our orders will be delayed even more if Ford sells to the general public before filling the orders they already have.

GIVEN:

-Ford clams they are going to build 65,000 Bronco's aka units this year.

SO....

Why did they only allocate 30% of the 125,000 Bronco orders for MY2021?

This does not make sense!!!!

FACT:

-30% of the MY21 allocation (125,000 UNITS) comes out to: 37,500 Bronco builds.

-157.3 build days = 65,000 units for MY2021 builds

-or 413 Broncos built per day. (THIS IS A CONSERVATIVE ESTIMATE GIVEN COMMODITY ISSUES)

-At 413 units built per day,
Ford will have reached their full Nationwide allocation.
on September 29th
.

FACT:

-37,500 bronco will be built on or before September 29, 2021....

-30% Nationwide allocation for MY 2021 will be completed on or before September 29, 2021

__________________________________________________________________

QUESTION:

What becomes of the Broncos build after September 29th??????

What becomes of the Broncos built after the reservation to order allocations have been filled?????

If you do the math that leaves:

(37,500 FILLED orders - 65,000 ESTIMATED yearly build = 27,500 LEFTOVER BRONCOS????? )

That's 27,500 Broncos (
Built between September 29th-December 23rd, 2021)

What happens to those 27,500 unaccounted for Broncos?????

__________________________________________________________________

QUESTION:

Does Ford have a monthly or quarterly allocation????

Do they allocate by quarter?????

Are the Broncos built after the Reservation Order conversion allocation is filled going to those orders next in line?????

OR,

Are 27,500 leftover Bronco's heading to dealers for the general population to purchase????

Inquiring minds????

It's a low-ball estimate in the same vein as "under promise, over deliver" from the 200k reservation era.

They would obviously build some wiggle room into their production planning. There are many unknown things that could arise between now and December which would slow down production. They will promise what they are confident on delivering and any extra is a bonus.

Also...building hype ? I know the though of waiting until late 22 made me place my order a little faster

I'm pretty sure the MY21 reservation to order total number for the allocation formula comes from the July-Sept timeframe. They are already building orders outside of the 120k number (Late Sept-present) due to commodity restraints and priority builds. One explanation on the low allocation estimate could be that the builds pulled from outside of it are not counted in the total. Plus you have 7000 FE's (outside of allocation), 6000 dealer demo units, 3150 priority builds, and whatever # they are sending out to press, youtube, contests etc.

From Jun 7th to December 23, 2021 there are exactly 157 work days if you count on a 5 1/2 day work week.

At an estimated 65,000 builds for Model Year 2021 (June 7th to Dec. 23, 2021) you count 157 work days,

157 work days/ 65,000 MY21 Broncos = 413 Broncos built per day.

If Ford builds 413 Broncos per day..... on what day do they reach 37,500 units?

413 per day/37,500 units = 90.7 or 91 days

If you map out the calendar from June 7th covering 91 work days (Monday through 1/2 day Sat), you reach September 29, 2021.
