For what those wheels and tires cost, couldn’t you just get the Sasquatch package from the factory with the appropriate lift, fenders, gearing, and warranty?
I’m doing the same as the OP - and this was my reasoning:

i personally am not a fan of the wheels or tires offered with the Sasquatch package. At time of order it was unsure if the tires had the 3 peak mountain snowflake rating (legally required where I live for the winter). Also - with the number of Sasquatch packages being ordered - it was one of the things that could’ve delayed my build AND it wouldn’t be as unique as what I’ll end up with in the end.
As for gearing, etc. - I have a 7MT Badlands on the way so I wasn’t getting much with the Sas package that I wanted except for roughly .5” of lift. As we’ve seen on here - a level lift from Zone takes care of that on the cheap. I have the lockers and 4.7 gearing.
So, to each their own. His rig looks great. He got what he wanted. I’m sure yours will be what you wanted to! The whole point of the Bronco’s modularity is to modify it and make it your own if you so desire! ✌🏻

Here’s a few quick pics of my bronco, I took delivery today! The weather here is terrible! Pouring rain the last few days! 35’s fit surprisingly well! Zero rubbing in normal road conditions! I don’t even think they will rub much off-road! And they actually ride better then the standard badlands wheels!

Specs:

35x12.5x17 -0 offset Fifteen52 Traverse wheels 17x8.5!

Some Q&A:

Not to sure they were set at the dealership I’m assuming before I took delivery! I found the standard badlands wheels and ko2’s I could feel more of the road, cracks and bumps etc! Also I find the bronco to be higher of course, with hardly no sway like a jeep! The bronco is way better in every way! And everyone I talk to says they same! It looks and feels like a a truck or big suv more then a jeep!

Looks fine so far! Few of the ends look raw but looks fine to me!

Yes I removed the crash bars! Yea the braking is a little bit not as good but it’s hardly noticeable!

No level lift! It’s the factory badlands suspension, it maybe needs a level lift! But I think it will be fine for now until I get a more of a lift if I want to!

-0 offset, fifteen52 traverse wheels!

No issues at all!! Fits perfect

35x12.5x17 -0 offset fifteen52 traverse wheels!

17x8.5

The bronco can handle 35’s better then a jeep! Rides way better, almost zero sway! I drove both through town and on the highway! 110kmh, and the tech is awesome! Feels strong and tough!

I didn’t notice any power loss! The dealership told me to drop down tomorrow to try to recalibrate the computer for 35’s they emailed Ford and they emailed back and said they don’t know a whole lot about it yet and to try to recalibrate!

I didn’t notice any power loss! I have the 2.7 v6, planning on doing mild off-road until I upgraded the suspension! I’ll take more pics when I get the chance!

Yes fifteen52 recommend getting hub rings I have an aluminum set pick up hubrings 106.2 to 93.1

No sas just standard badlands!

Isn't the rear third break light obscured by the spare tire?

I didn’t even realize when I ordered the bronco about the gearing, if I had it back I would have gotten the 4.7, but it is what it is, hopefully it doesn’t hurt my bronco with 35’s and the 4.46.

Fits surprisingly well! No rubbing so far! I made a few tight turns to swing around on the street at full lock! And it handles 35’s really well!

I have same size wheels and tires on order waiting to get here, but have Black Diamond so got the 4WP level lift to help fit them, seeing your pics has gotten me more excited about getting it all on.

I have done the math many times already in other posts, but the short answer is that you are not going to notice the 200 RPM difference between the 4.46 and 4.70 gears, even off road, in an automatic.

Looks good

Any issues squeezing the spare on like that?
@Thomas1984 I see you mentioned the new wheel and tire didn't have any issue fitting on the tailgate, but it looks like the third brake light is nearly 100% blocked. Any adjustment you see in that 3rd brake light setup when you had the spare removed?
