Maybe it’s a good thing I probably won’t get my Day 2 reservation fulfilled until 2033.

My limited knowledge on body work.. If you really wanted to, could you put JB weld in the holes then paint marker over it? At least make it seem less like ray charles was using a welderTook off the drivers side top on my 2dr and was greeted with this. Glaringly obvious and a testament to the QC process. Not a big thing but bothersome for sure.
This is most definitely a weld.! Here is a pic of the very same spot on my Badlands.! THIS is what the OP's weld should look like.!As pointed out multiple times above, it's not a weld it's seam sealer. Poke it and you'll find it's slightly soft.
here ya go. 30 second markThe seam has already been painted. When a Bronco reaches the final assembly line, it’s after blending with painted bodies from the Bronco and Ranger body shops. Obviously, you cannot assemble a vehicle (i.e., attach mirrors, windshields, seats, engines, chassis, bumpers) and then paint the body afterwards.
I would love to see a production video from the Bronco body shop, so please post the video you are referring to when you get a chance. Thanks.
Thanks. I see it now, and I was wrong. That’s definitely welded.here ya go. 30 second mark
front a-pillar welded to the roll bar tubeYeah, that's ugly. That robot should be fired.
Seems like a strange place for a weld. I assume all 2 doors (and maybe 4 doors) have a weld in that spot?
And back to what I said earlier... A blind newbie with a 12v battery and a stinger can weld better than that! Still...Thanks. I see it now, and I was wrong. That’s definitely welded.
This is what happens when a human union EE handles the QC review lolThis is what happens when you send a robot to do a humans job,the robot is meh looks good to me.
if he don't already have you blocked on twitter lolTweet that pic to Mike Levine a d let him know fords quality control is dog shit that should have never left the factory
