Good to know about the traction control.

It seems to me his complaint about "no sense of humor" is due to being more refined than Jeep. I can understand his POV. My Zuk is an objectively awful vehicle, but the rowdy ride puts a smile on my face.

He scraped a bash plate and commented about not having the SAS, but didn’t go into detail. But duh - that’s what the bash plates are for...

my thoughts too. i feel like 33s and a level or 1-2" lift makes it perfect though when you're up for tires. that's my plan.

From the audio, most of the ground clearance complaint was from the day prior to filming, through the tight, muddy trails as we often have random boulders in trails or sudden rise/fall and the rear trailing arms were bottoming out on the rocks of the trail.

Ultimately, yes, that aspect is easily rectified with greater ground clearance so it's either a non-issue to some who will modify the vehicle, or a minor hinderance to those who take their vehicle out infrequently and are afraid of a little bump and grind.

The subjective opinion of a vehicle being "fun", that's tough to categorize. How would he have enjoyed a 1970's Range Rover or Sahara on the same trail? It's entirely subjective to ones individual experience, wants and enjoyments.

Good video. A little disappointed to hear the ground clearance was a bit of a henderance, but not enough to change my build. Maybe a slight lift and 33's down the line

He starts off using all of that Aussie 4WD lingo and then it just disappears. Kind of like the very rutted and rocky terrain that didn't seem to exist.

Fairly entry-level, stock build looked like it was doing fine to me. What was the point of the whole video? It was almost like he had the punch line and just needed some front matter so he could make it.

Great review. It looks perfectly capable for what i want to use it for. My plans for the ford performance suspension and 33s later on will make it even better. As a driver, i will still be the thing holding it back for quite a while.

It looks good all dirty too.

Same suspension plans for me. And the same driver problem.

Probably my least favorite review video. "it doesn't have a sense of humor"...what the f&@$ does that even mean? lol

Also, the video shows the BD doing everything they asked if it, but with passing comments about it not doing well before. How about showing that part in the video.

Thanks for the post! I've been waiting for some feedback on this. Just as I hoped and suspected it looks like it will more than suit my needs, especially with a level and 33s.
