I have a 2022 non SAS Big Bend. I just purchased a complete SAS suspension and wheel/tire that were take offs. My question is what parts are actually different other than the coil overs? Are the UCAs the same? What about the rear links and trac bar?

Other than Lockers, Bilsteins, Rims, Tires and Fender Flares what is the difference?

Front and Rear Differentials are different. Sasquatch has front and rear lockers and 4.70 gear ratios.

Sasquatch has Electronic Sway Bar Disconnect.

Suspension is the same except for the actual struts/coilovers on the Base vs the Sasquatch. You can buy takeoff Sasquatch coilovers and they will bolt right on to any level of Bronco.

If you have the 3.73 gear ratio, that is going to be your biggest limiting factor.

Edit, I see you have the Black Diamond in your profile, so you should be good with the 4.46 gear ratio.

Axles go from M190's to M210's

Only Badlands and First Edition have sway bar disconnect. Badlands doesn't even need sasquatch added on to get that either.

The SAS also has full time 4WD transfer case, or to better state it has the drive modes. The front drive shaft turns all of the time. The transfer case in Big Bend may be part time where the front driveshaft does not turn all of the time. To me I prefer the part time transfer case on the trims, less wear and tear on the front driveshaft and axle.

So to actually answer the OPs question, just the coilovers.

Maybe I should just go with 2" Zone Lift / Level Kit (spacers)and save some $$. Does anyone know what the ride difference is? SAS Bilsteins vs Spacers (lift kit)... Hmmm...
