I just measured my fronts per your video and I measure about 5-1/2” as well. I have not noticed any roughness or loose feeling you are describing. I am at 15 clicks from soft. I attached a couple pics of how mine are set and how my Bronco is now sitting with the new 450/600lb spring setup with all my stuff in the back.

Would you mind taking a look at sharing what spring rate/length you have on the front shocks? It looks like you have the factory bumper and your CV angles and tie rod angles look much better than what I have with my Kings set at 0 preload/lift.

I am curious as well: Front spring rate & length. I am guessing 16 inches & rate is ___ lb. Thank you.

Likely standard springs that came with the Kings, they are 16" x 550lb
