You would be UNSTOPABLE if you bought a cheap STIHL chainsaw (about 200 bucks). Just be careful where you put it in the Bronco (they all leak oil).
So true. My son gave me a Dewalt 20V chainsaw for my birthday, cleaner but still leaks oil. I got an Amazon nylon case and line it with a "puppy pad", Now I use it around the property more than the gas Stihl.

Best strap it to the side. Bonus points-overlanding street cred because people know chainsaw=adventuring.
I will load mine on the rack up top (if I ever get that rack in the green Raptor!) along with a washing machine, and a kitchen sink.

Porter the saw on it's side to prevent bar oil leaks.

A Silky Saw provides near chainsaw effectiveness in a small, folding, easy to always have with you package.

If you have the Facebooks, look up the group "I Came Here to Argue About Overlanding". You will see that even a forklift can overland.

You're going to be adventuring so hard people won't believe their eyes.

You should see the looks I get when I pull the small trailer with Port-a-potty on it. There was that one time I squatted on the trail.......well, it was not a pleasant experience, that's all I'm gonna say. I promised myself never to go anywhere without the John.

Thank you. But what about yellowjackets, mosquitoes, snakes, scorpions.....and PRIVACY!? I need DOORS man.
But if you're using the door as a door, how will you potty with friends? They'll be locked outside

That's why the doors on the Bronco are removable!

Those geniuses at Ford thought of everything

You know......now you got me intrigued! Please describe your average potty party with friends. I'm not sure I would like to participate (although I am very open minded). Just curious. My favorite party is Holy Trinity though.

Ok "genious".........you take the doors off the Bronco, and then what? You stack the doors around the bush to take a shit!? That seems to be a lot of work (especially if you had a lunch in the Mexican restaurant before you hit the trail,....you'll be taking them doors off many times!!).

I’d encourage you to find a local off road park and maybe another B6G member who can take you around. It was really helpful for me to learn the capability and limits of my base non-sas bronco - in a controlled environment with plenty of tow vehicles around. That way, when you’re out in ā€œnatureā€ you aren’t second-guessing the obstacle in front of you.

You will probably be SHOCKED how far a bronco in 4-LO (no lockers) will take you. If you have the rear locker option, even better.

Watch those highway tires on the rocks (punctures) and mud, though. Would be my only suggested upgrade before heading way out in the boonies. That and a tow strap.
