I'm pushing 5000 miles on my Cactus Gray BB and am loving everything about it. If you would like an update, I'll provide it in another post. My issue right now is a stain that somehow ended up on my Bronco in the first 2 weeks of ownership. It appeared at the time to be tree sap from parking under a tree while camping. Not sure what kind of tree. I've tried WD40 to dissolve the stickiness, and I just washed it completely yesterday. Still the stain persists. Here is a picture...it's the middle of the hood.
How could anything penentrate the finish as it seems this has? It has a slightly raised feeling but I can't get it to budge.
What do I do?
