I talked to my dealer, I have not received confirmation yet, apparently the Black Interior and Modular top are not showing up for the First Edition yet.
I haven't gotten an email or anything, but my Ford account says In-store order.

I had a similar issue with my Wildtrak - the Lux package wasn't in the system yet either.

With all the discussion about Priority Codes (mine was listed as 99 on my DORA), I sent an email to my dealer asking if he could change my priority code to 19 instead of 99. I received an email back saying I was already a 19; but, 2 minutes later I received the confirmation email from Ford. Sweet!??

I got the email from Ford within 1/2 hour BUT the Ford website only shows that I have a reservation. I emailed my dealer to confirm they linked my order to my reservation. Fingers crossed

I had them change it and it was changed to a 10 . As of today 02/15/21 I still have a "in Store Order". I called the bronco hotline and they told me the order was placed . Still no Confirmation email .Maybe a Canada thing . Sorry for the delay in response .

Follow up on my end-I revived an email from Ford saying my order was received, but the Ford website wasn’t updated on January 23rd when I went to the dealership. They reached out me again last week and said they had to fix something and I got another email and Ford site shows it as ordered as of the 13th of this month.

Well Ford.com it does, but it’s not updated to my Big Bend vs my Outer Banks pre order, which I told would happen. The first and second email are correct.

You can’t access it online. My dealer printed out an order summary from their internal ordering system. I took a pic of it on my phone so I have a copy of my order details

I believe everyone says “In-store order”. It doesn’t mean anything other than someone at a dealership converted your order.

My order is in with a priority 19 and my Ford account says “in-store order.”

I brought up the priority code with my dealer but he said it's okay. He also said the order portal for Bronco is different than any other models, so maybe those guys haven't learned or been taught the new system.
Did you receive an email from Ford once they changed the priority code?
