Came across this on the local for sale pages this morning. Original build price around 32k. So my hillbilly math says this is close to 60% markup.

I'm curious if/how much of the "overpricing" phenomenon is being fed by potential buyers not really understanding the various different trim levels(and cost) of the Bronco ?- i.e. the uninformed buyer?

I suspect that the sellers know exactly what they have in terms of a Base thru a First Edition and may be praying for the uninformed buyer.- i.e. Basic Greed fueled by low supply/high demand.

Saw one in CT with an MSRP of $61k that they were asking $88k for...crazy.

I wouldn’t pay a penny over MSRP for anything ever. That includes the Bronco. I think paying full MSRP on anything routinely sold at a discount like automobiles, appliances, furniture, jewelry, etc, isn’t very smart.

I never wanted anything bad enough to throw away extra money to get it.

I have seen quite a few Base 2-doors where folks have them priced at $57k. I think they are stretching.

People are paying $25-20k over for a Badlands, they are not paying that much over for a Base model.

Lol at a local used car dealer in CT they were selling a used base for 55k with 10k miles. To my surprise it didn’t last the weekend.
