No formal agreement in place but I personally have no concerns that @dealersinsider at Chapman Horsham will make this anything other than as advertised on this forum. I am however getting a bit concerned about my trade in and financing and I’m at the point of taking the trade off the table and will just sell it myself.

The trade-in was also a concern of mine. Likewise I concluded I’d be better off selling it elsewhere a day or two before taking delivery.

I have a signed one-pager, outlining the build and the costs (from when I placed my order), if that's what OP means.

The only thing I need to change is the charge for sound deadening. DONT FORGET....

Yes Ford emails, communications etc.
So far I’ve received the ‘thanks for your reservation’, ‘thanks for your order’, and the ‘we know you want your Bronco but…’ emails. Which one of these mentioned securing/negotiating pricing with dealers prior to ordering?

I have a signed agreement with my dealership; even down to the trade-in value of my Jeep which clearly outlines that the km’s upon trade-in will fluctuate depending on the ETA of my Bronco. Wanted to ensure I knew what I’d get for my trade-in as well as pricing on the Bronco.

If you didn’t sign anything, they’d have you by the balls when it showed up, see you licking the windows in excitement, and then tell you it’s marked up XX amount.

Wait, you placed an order without an agreed price? Yikes.

I didn't necessarily sign a purchase agreement, but they provided me with an accurate build dora that I signed. I assumed that this was to protect them in case I said they entered my order wrong, but I also suppose it'll act as a signed price agreement. Either way, it was for MSRP.
same here

I have this. Nothing signed. Got them to email me this a week ago after I kept asking for a copy.

Sure, I “verified pricing” when I was sent the order summary/itemized breakdown of my configuration and said ‘Okay’. This obviously differs from signing a purchase agreement (or similar document).

Two words on a Ford Bronco FAQ page isn’t exactly a heads up. You see how there could be misunderstanding in the customer’s responsibilities throughout this process?

I’m glad you got it right the first time, but there’s a lot of us that didn’t.

Yep. This is what I was given, which has been my only gauge for price thus far (of course with expected doc fees, processing fees, tax, registration/tag/title, etc.).
