So much win !, keep it up. looks like most of the "what if" you have already solve, open soft top, open the rear, remove basquet etc. cant want to see the final product.
Thank you. Honestly I owe it to this group. A lot of input in the forum is what helped put the system together.

Looks great! Any plans for a half rack that only covers the rear clam shell?

I don’t want to lie and tell you it’s on our short list. We’re already designing an additional basket attachment that would go over the clamshell, but not specific only to that portion. I believe I saw a guy on Instagram @22winty that does those, but ours is definitely a different design geared for a majority of the roof. Someday yes…but not until we get these going first. Thank you.

These have the opposite problem though, is that you can't use them with the soft top on.
exactly. I’m sure they work well for others but the RAKET system will work with/without the top on. I’m hoping the weather improves and we may test this topless (the Bronco that is). Thanks for the input.

Where’s the trip going to be? Man I wish we could make them faster but that timeline will be tough to meet. Once we open up the store we’re limiting quantities each month. As a consumer I’d hate to have unexpected delays, so we’ll set expectations right off the bat. I know you’re on the list so keep an eye out for tomorrow email on how the list sale will work. Thanks.
Not a crazy Trip. Just going to San Francisco, hit prismo and Big Sur on the way. Take your time do things right, I just hoping I make list sale 🙌

it closes in 2 hours. I’ll send out a message to everyone on the list (tomorrow) that’ll explain how we plan to manage production and delivery.

A few key takeaways with the strip-down of the system over the weekend:

-Removal/Install will get faster and lighter
-Front cowl shrinking by 3-4 inches + light mountable
-Tower is very useful even by itself.

I’m excited to see how this looks with “rack on/top off/doors off”. I’ll do it this week for sure. Keep the input/questions coming as we’re always trying to improve. Thanks for all the help.

Would it be possible to unbolt the tower enough to tip it back and fold the top all of the way? Then tip it back into position? That would save the effort to completely remove it.

Great question. Here’s the pro/con:

Con: You can’t leave it connected since the MARK II tower is also going to be lower.
Pro: We’re using Pem fasteners for the 6 bolts, so this can be unscrewed in less than 5 minutes.
Pro: The final tower should be closer to >50 pounds, so an easy lift/drop top/reattach won’t be too difficult.

Hi Derick,
Can you confirm for initial orders you will or will not have a 2dr option?

Thanks…our initial orders will NOT include 2 door Broncos. All we need to do for the 2 door is design side mounting brackets, and everything else should fit as it does for the 4 door. We’ll jump into the 2 door market in November/December.
