Just to lighten the mood a bit, let's start a remember when thread....

Remember when.....
  • We wanted to know where the rear slide-out tray was in the build and price?

In my day by September meant by September.
I remember it like it was just last year. See, in those early days we were led by men with legendary names like JagSarge.

We had no fear, no Ragrets, we were full of star-struck anticipation of white dashes, white tops, red inserts on the trail sights.
The world lay ahead of us like ripe corn, awaiting our day 1 harvest.

Two doors and moar doors appeared in random, blurry pictures.

Stig, armed only with a ninja costume and a potato, gave us hope. We longed for the elusive Velocity or AMB on an actual steed.

Of course I remember it. I was there. Before the bombs fell and the world fell apart.

Before traumatic truths of missing cup holders and the mystical rear seat vent tore our souls out, trampled them underfoot, and handed them back to us, bruised and shriveled.

It was a time before we were preoccupied by whistling mirrors, honeycomb textures instilled fear in the hearts of men, and before we knew sand mode was for professionals only, and not actually on sand.
We should all remember a simpler time, before the world moved on, before trolls invaded the kingdom and dropped chaos bombs into the midst whilst standing back, watching the fracas unfold.
We must carry the memories, and the torch, onward so our children, and our children’s children are not forced to drive Gladiators.
stay strong.

I remember when we spent all our time working out various builds over and over and over. I remember especially waking the dog and wondering what to options to choose....
