Removing Trail Sights / Black Markers on hood?

As already stated, they are trail markers that are supposed to mark the inside line of your front tires to go through obstacles. Part of having a vehicle that built for a specific purpose. I get being on the fence, in my experience it's best to have a vehicle that fits to what your using it for. If your not going to be going off roading with it, what else does it have that you will be wasting money on because it comes with off roading features that you don't need. It's a very cool vehicle for sure, and I'm not telling you how to spend your money. I'm getting one and i will be off roading but not a ton. Just food for thought. You may be able to get a more specific vehicle built for what your doing so your investment goes towards what you are actually going to be using it for.

Or you could be off roading and just don't like the markers, what do I know! I don't really care for them either, but it's part of the vehicle's image.

Please tell me we can remove these........all I keep thinking about when test driving was those Ford LTDs with the corners that come up on the corners of the hood.

Gonna toss another idea for any custom mod fabricators or Ford engineering lurkers looking to scoop in a few bucks.
Time to request a favor from one of the kids to 3D print a pair of replacements. Only these are going to have LED turns signal lamps facing inwards toward driver.

I doubt anyone wants to undertake the effort to produce the idea being that Ford owns the patent. I don't think anyone has pockets deep enough to defend their efforts against Ford for patent infringement.

I'm going to buy some stainless steel marine bow shackles and call them the Governor Cuomo memorial ornaments.

They actually make a good handle to help stand up on the front tire to wash the windshield and frame.
