Looks good. I need that relocation kit!Nice video! By contrast, my install was much more "trial and error", but I did manage to get it done.
I eventually used a JCR camera relocation kit to ensure the camera's proper operation.
And a few weeks later:
Looks great!Winch installed almost all of my flat towing connections run and connected except for the 6pin plug and hook. The paint is drying.
You did a great job explaining everything. GOOD JOBHello Members,
Just complete the Rough Country High Winch install. Here's my thoughts. Enjoy!

Thank you for the comment. I'm happy the video helped you out. I have not used the winch yet, but have since pick up a reinforcement kit for the system. I've heard a few stories of the winch base bending. So I figured what the heck! Here's the link:Howdy - wondering if you've had a chance to use your winch yet? How's your setup holding up? I used your tutorial on installing the camera relocation kit, that was very helpful.
Thanks
I have the LOD reinforcements still in the box as I purchased this one that @Tricky Dick designed for this specific purpose.Thank you for the comment. I'm happy the video helped you out. Appreciate this video. Also saw your video on the modular bumper light brackets. Out of curiosity, what are the round amber pod lights you’re running?Hello Members,

I had a buddy's jeep in the garage ,brand new he wanted a snorkel so he measures and puts template on 5 inches off .Right before I drill I look at it and knew it was off ,measure twice or three times before cuttingBrian, great video, as always. I admire your professional and precise approach.
You mentioned a mounting system for amber low-slung lights.
I have 2 BD Squadrons mounted low, center of the bumper opening, on either side of the ACC block.
Now there are no Bronco bolts in those locations to readily do what I did.
It pained my soul to do it, but I drilled two holes on the upper radius fascia part of that opening and installed.
The holes are not seen nor exposed due to the shape of the bumper.
But it still bothered me to take a 7/16 (or whatever size it was back then) drill bit to a brand new vehicle.
They line up and shine out nice in that big RC mounting apparatus, are semi-hidden from view, and are protected now due to the mass of the mount and winch sitting on it.
I don't have a great pic on my PC here, but do have a few on my phone I can post up if you are curious.
Pics below are prior to the whole winch install, obviously.
Lol ALWAYS! But man, the anxiety of that first cut or hole is real. Glad you caught it in time.I had a buddy's jeep in the garage ,brand new he wanted a snorkel so he measures and puts template on 5 inches off .Right before I drill I look at it and knew it was off ,measure twice or three times before cutting
They are cheap Hella lights. I wouldn't recommend them. Although, they do work in snow and fog, there's better options.Appreciate this video. Also saw your video on the modular bumper light brackets. Out of curiosity, what are the round amber pod lights you’re running?
