Came across this YouTuber on another thread and she seems to have just what I had in mind for a suspension upgrade. Has anyone else tried this? Thoughts? It seems simple since its just the OEM springs from the sasquatch paired with Bilstein 6100s. I have the 3.73 gears so my goal is to stick with 33 which is exactly what she has done. From my understanding, the Sasquatch OEM coils will lift about 1.2" and the Bilstein 6100 allows you to adjust from 0 to 2.5". I've searched and it seems the black diamond and base are both HOSS 1.0 so the results would be similar.....

Level kit may be cheaper but it doesn't seem like the installation is much different. With all that work might as well upgrade and retain the ability to adjust it with the 6100.

front 6100: BSN-24-318594
rear 6100: BSN-24-325561

rear coil: mb3z5560a

Isn’t that basically what the Ford Performance kit is? Not sure which route would be cheaper.

could be, but could never find the specs that were very specific. Everything I find says its approx 2" lift and I couldn't tell if they were as adjustable as the 6100s.

Not sure what your looking for? No issues with running 6100 with SAS springs. You might end up sitting 2-3" higher depending on what springs you end up with. I would go straight to 6112 and get a shock/spring combo that is matched.

Im just trying to keep the 33s and a lift that doesn't make them look undersized on a 2 door.

gonna be about 90% street. Anyway offroad isn't going to be rough or technical trails. When I look for an overland trip it will be tame.

Want to keep it cheap? 4dr take offs will give some lift, should get about .5-1" out of 4dr springs. Should be able to get some for close to free.

My badlands non-SAS has 6100’s adjusted to 2.6” in the front and 1” zone spacers in the rear. 1” spacer on the rear is perfectly fine since it’s a solid axel. I run a heavy winch and bumper in the front and it looks good.

I don’t have a good photo of the bronco on level ground

Check out Bilstein 5100. Adjustable, at time of install. Will work with Sasquatch or Hitachi springs, 1-3 inch lift, $620.

I’m in the same situation as you. What’d you end up going with?

Isn't Sasquatch only 1.1" or so higher in terms of suspension lift, compared to the base? And it has 35" tires. I wonder if 2" lift with 33" tires will leave you unhappy, it might be too high for that tire size and unneeded for fitment, leaving the appearance of too much wheel well space.

Personally I'd stick with stock or maybe 1" higher in lift, which would probably be fine and cheap with a spacer lift. Only I can't find a 1" lift, that also provides some levelling. Anyone found a mild spacer lift that also levels?

I found a 1" front only leveling kit, and also some 2" overall lift kits. But no kit that lifts the rear 1" and the front maybe 1.5" or so, to give a mild lift with less forward rake.
