Mine just went in with a failed transfer case. Mine is a part time, non sas bronco. Similar usage, happened in deep snow, which is all I’ve ever engaged 4wd for. I can count how many times I’ve used 4wd on one hand and it’s only got about 25k on the odometer. Did you get any more insight as to how yours are failing?
