So I’ve only had my bronco for a month and have had it garage stored. This past week because I needed to work in my garage I moved my bronco out in the rain. Noticed some water buildup in certain areas. Is this normal for a bronco less than a month old with less than 1k miles? I’m worried the water buildup will make it worse over time. Or when water starts to freeze.

Looks about like mine, maybe a bit better. We had some heavy snow and ice and it did freeze up there. Not really a big deal in my opinion.

I have a 2018 wrangler with the standard soft top. Never been garaged. has been rained on, snowed on, sleet, ice and all kinds of wind. Seems to be doing fine. I hope the Bronco soft top will be just as durable when i eventually get one. Whenever that is. Maybe MY24.

There is one spot on mine that builds up a nice little puddle. We don’t get much ice here so it’s not an issue but does seem strange that it would sag so much.

I imagine heavy snow build up might create a little more sagging over time. But your roof looks similar to mine. No issues, IMO.

Downside to a square roof design. It lacks the normal curvature of a modern convertible roof. So, water has nowhere to go. Jeep seems to have figured out how to make them last. Hopefully, these hold up too.

So, it gets wet when it's outside in the rain, but on the side facing skyward??? That's insane.

*should be designed to hold up as well as my 2007 JK that never saw the inside of a garage.

Never owned a boat?
Was going to comment same happens with my boat cover. But again it’s not a vehicle soft top. First time soft top owner, just thought it was odd so early into owning it.

The water buildup was the comment. You get your fix?

Just ignore him. He’s planning to add kiddie-pool fender flares to his Bronco one day…
