Can someone point me in the right direction. I have had this issue 3 times now. Dealership is at a loss after reprogramming the ECM twice.

Sta-Bar Disconnect issue 3rd time now
You have a 3 year bumper-to-bumper warranty, tell the dealer to unlost themselves and repair or replace what's broken.
This isn't a "you" problem, it's a them problem...make them take responsibility for their warranty that you paid for.

You are obviously right, but that doesn't mean we can't help get things fixed quicker.
1) Have you checked the battery terminals for tightness?
2) Have you checked the various ground points around the engine bay for tightness?
3) Have you checked the bolts that hold the fusebox to the body?
Past that, perhaps try a different dealer at this point, but what have they previously done:
1) Has the sta-bar itself been replaced?
2) Have any of the electronics that control the sta-bar been replaced?
Hopefully one of the more knowledgeable folks in the Ford service business can help you further.
Most Jeep guys remove their electric sway bar disconnect on their Rubicon's after a few years and go manual. This is why.

Thanks. But this is for non-electric sway bars. Not sure what would happen if this was installed on mine. Seems like that light would be on all the time or I would have to get the Bronco reprogrammed.

Any luck with a fix on this? I've had this issue since early June '22 up to this morning and it's totally random when this pops up. Stinks because it locks me out of 4wd and GOAT mode. First month took to nearest dealer and it didn't show and they said nothing mechanically wrong. Third month I took to dealer where I bought and they said Ford said needs software upgrade - appears to be pursuant to PDF Technical Bulletin linked above - and they did that but sure enough wasn't fixed.
There is a tsb. If they did that work, then did you bring it back for them to work on?

They updated the software to the most recent on the TSB. 3 weeks later here we are and it has done it a 4th time. This fucking sucks!!!
Hi was wondering if your dealer ever found a solution for this? After the long wait I was able to pick mine up from the dealer this past Wed, took it out this weekend for the first trip and didn't even make it off the pavement when this happened. Just wondering what I'm going to be faced with.
I would try a different dealer, or two.
