THE my Bronco production build date has been DELAYED / MOVED BACK thread

Just spoke to Ford Marketing team - I had a July 12th build date and now they are telling me that I no longer have a build date and I am in an order processing queue to get a new build date.

Interesting. Sounds like everyone’s gonna be 99d and become 2022 Broncos.

That would be insane - I have a day two reservation with a 4 dr base/soft top - only mods are modular bumper and aux switches.

I just called the 1-800 number (since I was nosey) and they told me the site they use to check it is down! LOL

I just called the bronco marketing team and they were able to identify that I still have a build date - shifted from 7/12 to 7/14.

I called the Bronco Team, and they were actually able to give me a Build DAY! I was scheduled for production the week of July 19th, and my actual build day is July 23rd. Super excited! With a later reservation, I wasn’t even expecting a Bronco til 2022.

Re-scheduled, Ford May 15 email - 6/28 build week
Called 800 334 4374 today, no email - 7/7 build day

At least I have a specific day now.

My Ford rep said over and over that the dealer has all information. When asked why Ford doesn't send follow up emails for latest change he said, the dealer knows all. When I asked how long delivery will take, he said expect 4-6 weeks.

Nice, just called myself and I'm currently set for the same build day as you 7/23. The rep got my hopes up when he said it should be completed next Wednesday the 23rd instead of July 23rd, haha.

I called the number and I went from 6/21 to 7/5 to now 7/15. 2DR BD 2.3

There are several examples of this happening, unfortunately. You aren't really "locked in" until your sticker is generated and your tracker switches to "In Production." This is about a week ahead of your scheduled build date and lines up with parts sequencing for your order being sent to the plant.

This is almost identical to my situation. Except, I have a 7/9 build day.

4dr, BD, 2.7, MIC, nonsq, mid, tow
