Got the umhw on eBay, 2.5” diameter.
I think I'm going this route. Did any of the factory bolts work, or did you have to make all of the bolts?

None of the factory bolts were long enough. The front 2 are 12mm bolts which are readily available in different lengths. The rear 6 are 13mm which nobody makes in the lengths needed, I bought 14mm bolts, and the ones I bought were too long. I had to cut the 14mm bolts to the proper length, and re tap them to 13mm. A bit of work, but wasn’t going to drop the crazy money a certain company is asking for their kit, which I’m sure is very nice.

Thank you - last question...

Do you think a 180mm (7") length bolt is long enough?

did y'all really find limiting the uptravel by a full inch was necessary to get 37s to clear the fender? Seems like you could get away with a half inch but I never tested to find out
If you have a SAS / high package ... 37" tires fit with no lift, no levelers and certainly no body lift needed.

Yes, you are correct to a point. 37's fit on my 2 door Sasquatch with no lift. I'm running JKS max tire kit in the front, and DV8 liners in the rear. However, on compression, my 37's hit the DV8 liners, hence the reason I went with a body lift.

Nice, and I imagine with you in proper off road land (ND) and me on the Jersey shore Roush off road park it the closest I can come crawling. Forget about any lauch in the air time...

I've tried and keep checking my shields for any signs of rub.

I've looked at the DV8 fender liners. Just waiting to see what i have when the fenders come in.

What size wheel did you go with for the 40" (40/12.50/16)?

Man, great read. I'm planning on going with the eibach pro springs which give around 2.3" in front and 1.6" in rear. This combined with a .75" to 1" body lift would be a killer setup for 37" KO2s.

A couple questions for me being the newbie

It is unclear if I'll need new bolts for .75" pucks. The front 2 bolts I can find at any hardware store, but the rear 6 I'd need to buy 14mm then re tap to 13mm and cut down to about 6.5"? Has anyone tried with a .75" puck and had success reusing bolts?

Also I have the lux package. Will that black box under the intercooler be impacted with a .5 to .75" lift. Anyone tried their ACC after installing their lift?

With a 3/4" lift, your rear bolts will be fine. the front two should be:

I have a 1/2" body lift with ACC and the JCR bumper (w/ACC plate) and it works fine. It was also fine with the stock bumper prior to that.

I did exactly a 3/4" lift with EBAY pucks.
Bolts are just fine.
I found myself considering if if the extra 1/4" to make it an even 1" lift would have made that much difference.
Plenty of thread engagement there.

Great! I'll reach out to Mikelli on ebay for custom .75" pucks and I'll buy those bolts @Bird Dog Overland suggested just in case.

Can you send me some pictures of your rig with the .75" body lift installed?

Perfect! And just confirming you had plenty of thread on your bolts?
Plenty.
I think the 3/4 gives it just enough attitude and a bit more clearance without looking odd.
