I dont believe that is the right Chapman Ford.
I did say Lancaster, not Horsham.
It's just over an hour from Chapman Horsham if someone wants to check it out.
Horsham is getting a Cyber Orange 4 door.

I knew it wasn't the right one since I was there. But someone could've easily mistaken it and would be a shame if they drove there to check it out and it wasn't there. Thanks for clarifying.

as long as scheduling isn't cancelled this coming week, if someone is considering a soft top or downgrading equipment, do it by Tomorrow...

also...Ford plans on giving dealers 17,000 base (101A) vehicles for August wholesale...101A has less microchips from what im being told...if you are considering a downgrade to a lower trim, here is your opportunity to timestamp jump...

SCHEDULING ON THURSDAY, JULY 1

2021

  • EcoSport – Unscheduled allocation in Week 26
  • Bronco – Unscheduled allocation in Week 31
  • Expedition – Unscheduled allocation in Week 27
  • Ranger – Unscheduled allocation in Week 31
  • Transit – Unscheduled allocation in Week 30

17,000 Bronco units for dealer stock? That would be almost the entire production for the month, wouldn't it be? I hope I don't schedule anyway for August as I want the connections.

Can you get the storage bags for the doors with the soft top?

Also, Ford said that soft top Broncos built after September will have the hard top kit. If we switch now, is there a possibility that we would get a build date before September?

I don't want the soft top unless I know I'm getting the hard top kit.

Yeah, but that is 17,000 reservations that get pushed to 2022 … and so we should expect another cycle of almost no “I got my VIN!” posts.

I just un-priority 99ed my Outer Banks with Chapman today, it was a breeze. (y)
I had my order confirmation from Ford minutes later!
Thanks Tom, Steve, and Courtney!

17,000 MY21 dealer stock?!? Is that an April fools joke or an extra zero?

if the bags aren’t available in wbdo you will be able to buy them as an accessory…

if the goal is the get it sooner than later, I wouldn’t worry about the hard top kit…if the goal is to get it sooner, but u want a free kit, u might as well wait for a MIC schedule bc the top thru parts is probably going to be 3k instead of the $800 on the sticker

Tom,
Does that mean we will get an email from Ford this week with our build schedule?
I haven't heard anything from Ford since the order confirmation.
I have FE ordered with you and the reservation date is showing as 7/14 and should be 7/13....we all know the FEs sold out in the first few hours or so.

Tom, does this possibly mean Base models ordered by customers (retail) could get bumped to a much earlier build?
My Base Sasquatch is also a 101A...... but it would be a longshot if the Squatch is also a plentiful commodity at this point. (But I can hope). I also have 2dr and 2.7, reserved in August, So I'm realisticly not expecting a build date until next Spring at best.

yes, according to the rep, the base vehicles could timestamp jump…he said the base units will be 4 door 2.3 with soft and mic mix
