I think my luck is that my early reservation soft top gets scheduled tomorrow for 8/31/21 blend date. That is certainly appreciated, but also a day too early to get the free hard top prep kit.

Ford needed Bronco to ship for the PR.. It did, bad tops n all. They will likely ship another few dozen this month to maintain the illusion long enough to blast out another STAY PUMPED email.

If these were the BEST tops they could find to ship, imagine how bad the rest are...

The problem is they’ve kind of blown past the glowing reviews part of the news cycle with none to sell. Now begins the slow trickle of articles chronicling problems. Same thing happened with the RS except they had more time to ride the positive reviews before the shit hit the fan. This could really affect the long term sales health of the vehicle. They have to do something and soon.

Yes, their leading competitor somehow manufactured and sold 69k Wranglers this quarter (nearly ten times as many Broncos as Ford has produced at all) but the supply chain. Covid. There’s nothing different Ford could have done.

No it’s not. All soft tops that haven’t been scheduled with VINs will have the kit.
