What kind of rodents live nearby? I’d be looking for chewed wires next.

I don't know if the Bronco is like the Ranger, but if I don't keep my Ranger on life support when I'm out of town it will eventually drain the battery. Even though it's designed to turn off some of the systems it will still drain the battery over enough downtime. Good luck, I hope it's nothing serious.

BTW, I have GM car that does stupid things like you described if the battery drains down. Yeah, I have to keep it on life support also.

Completely off the topic but I was down in Arizona this past weekend and totally saw this Bronco on my runs to circle K. The only Bronco I saw while down there. I loved the color. Hopefully you get things figured out @LikeToTurnLeft

Heh. Its not CG. He's got a killer wrap on it. Kind of a Pistachio. Ask em nicely and he should have a photo next to my CG Sas he can post.
Makes sense now. I'll make sure my wife doesn't see his other photos then. I recall seeing that wrap and that's what she'd want lol.

Posted the dead battery thing earlier, he's most likely checked that by now. His description does sounds pretty much exactly like a dead battery down to the thumping through the speakers.

From the F150 Raptor Forum (sound familiar?):

My new one did same thing man. Picked it up on a Saturday and on Tuesday (sat until then) it wouldn't start (remote nowhere close). The brake pedal started bouncing up and down and errors lit up. Then it made some repeated thumping noise through the speakers (I recorded). After doing that for a minute everything stopped. No power. Dealership said "bad battery".

Heard this same thing from a guy on YouTube “Joe Knows Best” within 24hrs of him picking it up. Bad cell on the battery or something.

Going to ask a stupid question, but have you tried your other key fob? Tried the "emergency start" process by placing the fob in the centre console? Curious if either of these help.
I haven’t. I will. But she so dead now it’s like battery is gone. But I know it’s not a battery issue. I think something is loose somewhere.

Like this one. Parked next to a Cactus Grey.

Have you actually tried to jump it? That looks like a dead battery to me, we have that happen occasionally on the lot.

Bad cell or plate. Happens a lot to batteries. They will test with a light but under a load test fail.

This is horrible ... at least for every Cactus Grey owner out there.
That pistachio is flat handing out a smack down!
Fucking gorgeous.
Too bad it doesn't run! LOL
