Yep.That’s the “capable” bumper.
Yep.That’s the “capable” bumper.
Something wrong in the B & P most likely. The description says for use with a winch.
definitely typo by me, yes I meant to say capable. That’s the “capable” bumper.
So if the capable is more capable than the modular, then how capable is the modular, and is the capable also modular?Bronco is all about confusing naming. The capable bumper is capable, but so is the modular bumper. The modular top is modular, but so is the MIC. ?
So if the capable is more capable than the modular, then how capable is the modular, and is the capable also modular?
Those D rings / Tow Points appear to just be bolted to the frame and the bumper is cut out around them. I would assume that swapping them out will be a trivial matter.I have so many questions on the capable bumper lol.
My main ones being are the D rings swappable to the modular and will they be sold separately? I believe the answer will be yes on both
That chassis, and the 2.3, would be so nice under my '51 F1.Those D rings / Tow Points appear to just be bolted to the frame and the bumper is cut out around them. I would assume that swapping them out will be a trivial matter.
The Accessory Guide lists the Capable Bumper as a separate part... so I'm hoping it'll be available to add to a trim that doesn't include or list it (yet). My educated guess on the “capable” bumper - the circled areas are modular caps, to make the bumper a “stubby”, much like the rubicon bumper. If that’s the case, I’m extremely disappointed that this bumper isn’t available on the BD. Looks much better than the steel modular bumper.
6:17 second mark of the johnson valley durability test video shows this bumper with caps removed.I want to see it with the end caps off if they really do come off.
