When's someone going to transplant Bronco Raptor guts into a 2-door Bronco?

Is anyone ever going to put a Raptor motor , ECU , digital display in a 2 door? Would love to do this down the road!

Digital display has already been installed in regular broncos. The price of a 3.0 engine is hardly worth the hassle of installing it over a 2.7. Maybe worth it if someone blows an engine out of warranty, but until then kind of a waste of money

The only swap I really care to see is a V8 swap. I’ll never do it but it will sound right and be cool. But a 2.7 with a tune has plenty of power.

I have been wondering if grabbing the 3L from an explorer ST or similar would drop in, then get a custom tune

It wouldn't be a drop in. You would need to change quite a bit like the block skirt stiffener, oil pan and probably some other things because the front axle intermediate shaft goes through the bottom of the engine on an Explorer ST. So a good portion of the engine would need to be disassembled. It would be much easier to find a junkyard 3.0 out of a Braptor.

Transplant a small turbodiesel and I'll start actually paying attention to engine swaps.
