Why no Performance Calibration for the 2023 Ecoboost?

Folks is it just me or is anyone else being driven slightly crazy by the lack of a performance calibration kit from Ford on the 2023 Ecoboost Bronco, when you can get one for 2021-22? Not even a “coming soon!” Argh it’s breaking my heart.

Anyone have any insight to whether this is a temporary situation (I’m sure it is), or when we might see one released?

Lethal Performance has posted in a couple threads that the 49 state tune for 2023 (at least the 2.3L) models is expected sometime this week.

2023 MY cals for the 2.3L and 2.7L Broncos are now available for 49 states. Carb for Cali is pending. Once that's approved we'll be sure to let everyone know.

Question about 2.7 tuning I see the fp tune the dyno graph shows a base run on 87oct then they show the tuned run on 93oct lol is there any apples to apples runs base 93 to fp tuned 93 hits it seems the better bang for the buck is the whipple tune at +50hp and +80tq

The only graph I've seen is the one published on Ford Performance's website and it shows the stock horsepower at ~330 hp. That's Ford published horsepower for 93 octane, and would be a 50 hp pickup from the advertised horsepower rating on 87 octane. I don't think you're going to see the Whipple calibration make 30 more horsepower and an equivalent amount of torque over the Ford Performance tune. That's a pretty substantial difference on a 165 ci engine on pump gas with just a tune. These engines are not high revving peak horsepower makers either. What's more impressive is the pick up in torque.
