Is there any conflict with this tune if I add it then use FORSCAN to unlock the sport GOAT mode in my badlands?

No conflict...but most likely you won't use sport with it too much. .I primarily use normal now and hit the 4a button when I feel like driving recklessly! However in sport mode it may tighten up the steering a little

No I had all kinds of mods with no issues and it updated fine.

My friend in SoCal very much likes the Ford Performance Tune for his '23 Wilktrak. Says it makes the truck feel alive like it should be. I installed it, don‘t need a dealer. If you need to go to a dealer flash it back to stock and clear all DTCs

It's super simple.
The problem is if there is a major warranty repair such as a blown engine or transmission ford can absolutely see that it's been tuned even if you flash it back to stock..
So it's a gamble, most likely you'd be fine for minor warranty repairs and anything non power-train related.
But there is that small chance of major damage and then they're going to ask questions.
