Good news, and sooner than I thought it might happen. Both M-9603-B23 and M-9603-B27 calibration kits for MY 2022 and MY 2023 are now 50 State Legal. Please see both links below…

They've had CARB approval for the 2021's for a while now. It was the 2022-2023's that have been patiently waiting for approval on them.

Negative, the 2022-2023 was not CARB/EO approved until today.

Yes. ASE certified or Ford dealership.
