The top looks great!! I have the same one that came with delivery, but stuffed in the back seats since my Bronco came with a MIC top. Did you follow the Ford instructions to put on your soft top? Or was there a video you followed? The effort looks overwhelming and I was just wondering what helped you the most to put it on....
Just take your time. It takes 3 hours to install by yourself. Watch the bestop YouTube installation vid and follow the written instructions. I keep a laptop in my garage and just followed along. Some parts are more difficult to align, but keep at it and don’t get frustrated. The hardest part was finding a neighbor who was strong enough to help me lift off the hardtop lol

my hardtop has been relegated to a corner of garage, stored front-side down on a lot of blankets.

Let's face it, the hard top vs soft top debate only exists because Ford never made the MOD top that was first planned.

The real question…. Can I take my soft top through a Costco Car Wash tunnel?

This will help determine whether I ‘can’t beat’ my having to switch to a softy.

I prefer the soft top look and black color. So easy to use. Removing panels would get old. Don’t care for MIC grey. Also not a fan of the line around top of the HT. It would look better if rear section were one piece. I do like the HT. It’s just not perfect.

I've taken my soft top through numerous touchless carwashes and had no issues with leaks. No problem with flopping with the air dryers either.

I've seen live in person zero hard tops with racks but ok I'm sure they exist. I use a car wash, mine doesn't leak or has it let snow in, my wife and I visit all the time @highway speeds. Ya, I don't live in crime infested stink hole so what ever. You're making mountains out of mole hills with that list. To each their own but we work our top hard , I can't imagine not having that freedom of 30 seconds to top down.

Every person I see in a hard top I feel sorry for them, at some point their gonna have to pay $1,000s more to correct their terrible mistake.
We have had the soft top for two years here and I love it!. I live in Seattle and yes it rains and snows here yet, we have had zero problems. Throwing the top back in 5 seconds at the stop light can't be beat! I did get the hard top conversion kit on the order if I ever change my mind. So far so good.
