I couldn't wait another 10 months or so and possibly ruin my Nova using it so heavily and I actually got everything I wanted in this for about 15k less than the Bronco would have cost me. I will look at Broncos again in a few years I'm sure.

Yeah, I just built a Rubicon online and the ability to get options more individually, provided a more modular experience. I'm not sure I'm pulling the trigger on Jeep yet. It's not really what I want, but it's less $ than the Bronco. I really want to see what the new 4Runner, next-gen, is going to look like.

nice, I looked at Jeep and a Tacoma TRD Pro but went with this because I was able to get it brand new for a nice price.

The Rubicons are very nice but would have been similar price to the Bronco I was building and had some off-road stuff i didn't need just like the badlands did.

Nice ! - So after I saw an earlier post you did about this - I went to configure a Jeep as well - If I do not see any movement on Bronco - meaning any further delays in ordering past January - I will look at getting a Gladiator - I can get what I want for the same price or less even - since they are discounting heavily. I would just buy it in March -

But I am holding out and hope orders go thru in January for a June delivery - any later than July delivery and I will most likely get the Gladiator and not look back.

Yeah, I love driving it but being a daily driver is a lot of wear and tear on it and keeping that in good shape is more important than the Bronco.

The new Wranglers aren't as bad as some people like to make them be. They're also not any more complicated or more expensive to repair or maintain than the Ford Bronco will be. You can save probably close to $10K with the Jeep because the hype on the new Wrangler has already died and dealers have plenty of inventory.

Both Ford and Jeep have their own share of issues. Even the Toyota 4 Runner has issues with frame rust if not paid attention to among other issues. I do hope the new generation of 4 Runners won't look like a platypus of some sort (like the new Toyota C-HR).

I tried buying our company-owned Gladiator mule a few weeks before putting in a reservation on the Bronco. Big boss man decided at the last minute that he wanted to keep it around for when he's at home base in KS from Cali. So, I totally get the urge to have something now versus waiting. It's a real temptation for me to just grab a Wrangler/Gladiator, put a small lift to run 35's and one of our supercharger kits and call it a day.

it was between this and sting-gray but I've always loved blacked out vehicles and couldn't get that with the bronco either without some serious customization.

I've also owned challengers as my last two cars so am partial to the chrysler brand a little. I like the interior, controls, display screen/software etc better than I do with Ford.

Congrats, love my JL Rubi (which I am keeping). Have also consider just getting a 4 door Rubi since I could get it now and probably get it cheaper then the Bronco I plan of ordering.

Will most likely hold out for the Bronco and have one of each, but every now and then I will go to the Jeep site and look at some options.
