I need cooled seats way more than I need a wash-out interior.
But I also was disappointed that Ford didn't offer a "Cold Weather Package" on all trims like Jeep does.
The most stupid thing is that, you can't have remote start on a Manual, so you can't start the car and warm it up from inside your house, so you need heated seats even more than someone with the auto tranny. But Ford decided that if you can't afford an extra 10k to move up a few trim levels, you have to forget your beloved manual, or forget the Mid-Package.

For MY2021 it was showing that the Big Bend would have heated seats if you chose the sand-color seats instead of gray.
The order guide is official, Build and Price is not, and Ford has disclaimers saying that.
It's a mis-print from the build tracker pages.
But that screen shot also seems to say you're getting 50/50 split rear seats and 40/60 split seats.
