I took delivery of mine two months ago and it has been perfect. I work with a lot of "engineers" and they have made it very clear they are super smart and know everything. Especially about things they read on the internet. How about taking delivery, and then, reporting back!
i.e. “Don’t worry, it’s worth the wait!”

Tip of the hat to you Catnip!
It would be interesting to find out if these issues occur across all Ford makes and models or is it isolated to the Bronco alone?

I was going to draft a post almost identical to yours highlighting many of the same issues. Don't forget Ford employees left testing equipment attached to the OBD plug and spare/random parts left in the vehicle. I also have a Wildtrak on order and I'm in discussions with Toyota and wife to cancel it and get a 4 runner. At age 55, I just retired and this would have been my first American car.

I am a retired executive from a Fortune 500 company where I oversaw all kinds of production in my lifetime. I can tell you right up front this is almost purely a leadership issue at Ford. Lack of accountability on their work force and insufficient management controls (which include QA/QC). It's just embarrassing some of the things that are being delivered ad their disastrous rollout. SMH
Completely agree.. I too almost canceled my order for a 4runner pro. Then I got an email the next day saying my bronco hit production (11/30, blend date 12/6). I'll see how the bronco is/ does. I also have a checklist of things I will ask the dealership to check. I've been reading through a lot of these forums to learn about the issues that customers have been experiencing. Good luck with your build!

And people wonder why US Consumers don't buy America autos.
Hmmm....
Honda Accord -- Marysville, Ohio
Toyota Camry. -- Georgetown, Kentucky
Toyota Tundra -- San Antonio, Texas...
And how many years in a row now has the Ford F150 been the top selling vehicle of all. Not to mention how many Chevrolet and Dodge trucks...

I love that they immediately responded. Every thread where there's an issue brought up, you always see the same Ford apologists jumping in to seemingly brush the issues under a rug. The fact that Ford acknowledged these are real issues should hush those apologists up somewhat

Well, you'd think

@Cat nicely done! I too am a lean six sigma black belt, and the quality issues here have me cringing. I have yet to plob down reservation yet as I keep thinking, it has to get better right?

I've purchased/leased over two dozen Ford vehicles in my life. Ford had to buy back 3 of them for quality issues. They say the definition of insanity is repeatedly doing the same thing and expecting a different result. I guess that makes me an insane Ford fan ;).

What's 2 things these 3 plants all have in common?.....

Edit - in common with each other and not Ford.
