I was actually a little surprised to see an email since I already got one saying I was pushed back to 2022. Anyone else have this happen?

It's one of the least-problematic for them: no MIC, no 2.7L, no tow, no SAS. That's probably why you're scheduled.

I was irritated before, hey we all have part shortages, I get it. I was resigned for a 22 until I see this shit show. Now I'm pissed.

7/13 Reservation 22:25 (Ford Time) - 2Dr BL, SAS, LUX, CG, Tow, 2.7 - Dealer still has open allocations and its not a huge dealer, I see at least 15 on here with the same build who were 7/14 and 7/15 reservations and I haven't heard anything.

I am a late order holder and I preferred a hard-top, but I worked with my dealer and ordered a soft-top to try to accelerate my order given the MIC problems. I only did this after Ford agreed to wire and plumb the soft-tops for later hard-top conversion. I’m very happy to get a build date. However, my dealer said while it might arrive before Christmas, it could be January 2022 before I receive it due to all of the shipping and logistic issues. He has several vehicles currently stuck at the railhead for delivery here in North Texas. I’ll be happy to take it when it gets here.

Also, my dealer confirmed they will not do any markups over MSRP for any order holder. If you walk in off the street and want to buy a mannequin when the time comes, or any dealer allotment, and short cut all the order holders that have been waiting - well, that’s another story. Sounds fair to me.

Last bit of good news. I am scheduled to participate in the Bronco Off-Roadeo in October. It should give me a chance to get familiar with the handling and operation of the vehicle before mine arrives. My dealer has a 2-door Base Sasquatch hard-top and a 4-door Big Bend soft-top I can check out whenever I want. Learning more each week.

Received the good news today, 10/1. 5th build date. Scheduled for 10/25. I’m a first day reservation. The build is a base with a stick and zero options. I’m pretty optimistic this time. Good luck to everyone. I think they’ve turned the corner.

That is a sweet looking ride for sure. The hardest part was 2 vs 4 I’m happy with my decision but dang that 2 door is also sweet.

Even though I'm obviously very excited to have a build date (7/14/20) reservation, I'm very disappointed to hear that day 1 people still sit with no info. This whole allocation system is a disaster and will turn people away from Ford in general. Because you pick a certain dealer, you get shafted due to their order priority or allocation rate? This is ridiculous bullshit now. When I ordered, my build sheet said priority 11, which apparently is good... but the general public would never know how any of this works unless you're on this forum. My a-hole dealer wouldn't tell me how many orders they had, allocations, or any other useful information. Cool, I have an 11 code, whatever the hell that means. I test drove one at my dealership and straight asked if they are gonna play some BS ADM games. No straight answer. I have a signed contract, try me. If I walk in to pickup this Bronco I've waited 1.5 years and there is some of this garbage, they're gonna have to call in an air strike.
