6+ weeks now and my 2Door is still awaiting shipment.
I sent a polite nasty gram to two members of the executive team over the holiday break. Received a call back from the executive office but could only say they would talk to the “track & trace” team and then she would get back to me…..that was a week ago.

Well someone had a good ride in my bronco this morning as someone denied my ford pass activation prompt hahah. Hopefully that means they were loading it on a damm rail car.

My ED got pushed out once again. Damn.
It was 1/6 - 1/12, not it's 1/22 - 1/28. To bad I hadn't kept track of all the previous ED that have came and gone. I'm have patience, but this is ridiculous that they can't get vehicles shipped out.
Blend Date: 11/18, Chip Hold, Built 12/12, many ED came and gone.

The only thing I can come up with is that they are following FIFO, since many of us had Chip Hold, and our actual built date is mid December, we would be put in line for shipping at that point. So in theory, there could be roughly 3-4 weeks of vehicles ahead of us.
Now this is just a theory as I haven't gone and look at all the build weeks data.

Actually, I think it might be the opposite: that they are following a last-in, first-out shipping plan. There have been a lot of Broncos (2022 and 2023) built after mid-December that have already been shipped and delivered. Sort of like they way they used their chip supply on the assembly line when there were incomplete (chip hold) vehicles parked outside for weeks. From Ford's perspective it may be more efficient to get the newly built vehicles out the door on trains/trucks and only deal with the backlog vehicles when they are sufficiently caught up.

Got the email yesterday that my Bronco has been delivered to Granger! Hoping to fly in and pick her up this weekend! Keeping track of all the details and nuances and will update our build week after I take delivery. Hopefully this is the break in the backlog dam and more week 11/14 Broncos will start arriving at dealerships soon!
