Going strong no issues hitting just over 5k miles. Few long stints 8-9hr drives and a few weekends offroading as well so it's not been babied.
I bleed ford blue, but It is sad that a brand new vehicle with 5k miles and no blown engine is an accomplishment.

Pretty sure the Ford account get's as close to this thread as a hooker gets to a church on Sunday.
Yeah....hookers might at least ask for forgiveness after cashing the check. Ford not so much

Shoot. I’m a 21214 and 1 build away from the first 21214 to give up the ghost. It just feels like a ticking time bomb.
21214 here also. 31426. Sitting at about 3500 miles at the moment.

Changed oil at 1700 miles in November after a fairly by the book 300 mile break-in around the local area then a 1400 mile road trip where I drove at 85-90+ mph clip for a good portion of those miles. Absolutely zero issues with my Bronco except this gnawing worry in the back of my mind.

I've passed up multiple road trips in it because sometimes you gotta be somewhere and hours (if not a day or two) stuck on the side of the road or in a strange town are not an option. You don't want to miss your kid's State Championship game because you are stuck on the side of the road two hours from nowhere (especially when you are the coach lol).

Signed up for Off-Rodeo Vegas in early April. That's almost an 8 hr. drive for me through the middle of nowhere and I'll be driving the Bronco unless it grenades before then. Do you think they will fight me on cancellation fees if I'm stuck on the side of the road?

Some Dealerships are such slimeballs I asked my dealer about the 2.7 liter problem and they acted stupid or are stupid and said what problem . I told them about the forum and that were tracking all failed engines and he told me do t beleave the forums it’s all made up lol I said we have pictures of peoples blown engines and that ford changed the part numbers on the 2.7 and he did not have a clue I’ll prob find a new dealer when it’s time for my first service

I wouldn't hold it against the dealership for not wanting to get into a discussion about the 2.7 failures. I doubt there are many dealerships that have people willing to discuss what we have learned here on Bronco6G.com.

Having a JD on the days with multiple failures has got to be disconcerting. Mine isn't, 21319. While there aren't a lot of November Engine builds with late December deliveries with more than 2500 miles on them, I shouldn't relax yet. I am putting miles on mine, but only on hikes walking distance back to home. 1,078 km today. (669.84 miles.)

My engine was built on 11/15 and bronco was delivered to dealer 12/17 so far so good runs great but I only have 1151 miles on it I think is November engine build guys should be out of the danger zone I’m hoping

Okay so Ford's "Good Will Gesture" to me is a $100 gift card for accessories. They stated they can't upgrade my warranty because I already have premium care.... and they can't refund me the money for my premium care. I am NOT pleased. Especially since I asked to speak to someone else and was hung up on and given the gift card anyway. This is bs. Anyone have any suggestions? $100 does not make up for the hit in resale value this had on my Bronco plus the uncertainty I have to deal with now. Plus I went a month without my Bronco. If this is all Ford is gonna do for us than I suggest you request a buy back before repairs are complete.

I would call back and try again. Main thing is to try to be calm and collective and explain you did not agree to the terms of the 100 gift card.

Regardless, it's very disappointing to hear this is Ford's "solution" for you.

Your not taking any hit in resale value it wo t show up on any report

When I was stranded on day 1, the social media team asked me to message them here with my VIN and the details of my fiasco. Maybe try sending them a message with the same. No Karen shit, just explain your situation and disappointment.
