So after a few minor problems with my bronco The engine blew around new years took it to the dealership and they tried to charge my for an oil consumption test had it towed from that dealer to another the first week of January after over 3 months they finally got my bronco finished not before charging me 900$ to drain the fuel tank at the recommendation of Ford rep but I just want my vehicle so I agree only to find out the new engine that ford sent was bad and now we have to start the whole process over again so I’m now without my primary form
Of transportation and they won’t even give me a rental. Short story ford= junk and poor service. this is my last ford purchase
I'm betting the $900 fuel drain cost was them casting a line, just to see if you'd bite and pay it, so they'd make some extra cash. Did you push back aggressively on that? I bet they would have folded when push came to shove.
