I just had an unpleasant exchange with this dealership. I was super-nice as always, but the "Customer Care Specialist" was rude. She also said the Bronco was going to be delivered in December. Not sure I believe that.

The documentation fee is $649 and she refused to tell me what they would be selling the Bronco for. I told her the deal I was currently looking at, but would like to hear what she could do since she's local to me, and she just said we're not doing that and Best Wishes.

I just reserved mine with tri county. $75 document fee and they accept all discount plans. Ask for Mark Monroe, he is their top sales person and knows exactly how the reservations work.

I do recommend adding a N/A option. If a dealer can't be clear and concise while so many others can be, they don't deserve our business and we should know so we can switch to one of the dealers who are straight with their information.

I agree,when they cant give you a definitive answer its time to move on.

Someone needs to pass this information to the sales manager because I posted the comment just moments after I spoke with the dealer... As having been in the car business and one of the top sellers for Ford, a dealer will say many things, even put things in writing, and use "a play on words' in order to move inventory. My suggestion is caveat-emptor.

I actually am looking at Mullinax Ford as they have listed right on their web site that they do not have any dealer fees added and even go as far as to show how much other dealers charge.

Edited as I wanted to be fair. The sales manager at BOZARD was the nicest I have spoken with to date, said he has had many reservations from all over the country and said they pride themselves as beating anyones prices in the country even with the fee.

Hello all, this is my first post here after lurking for over a week. I reserved my 4-dr Badlands with Al Packer's dealership over here in White Marsh, Maryland. I noticed this dealership wasn't on the list so I reached out to the sales manager for information. They will not have any ADM and will honor X-Plan. Nothing mentioned about additional discounts.

I spoke with my salesman today at Thoroughbred Ford in Kansas City today, and she said that they do not plan on doing a markup. He also suggested to get X-plan based membership, he didn't know if it would be offered but did say if offered I could get it.
