ff road articulation?
@mj63 where did you get your sway bar assembly and what torque specifications did you use? Do you have Sasquatch package? ThanksI just installed a rear anti-roll bar on our Big Bend last week.
It helps on-road steering and handling (more linear yaw response vs. steering, and less lag time between input and response), the vehicle rolls a bit less in corners, and also seems to have helped lessen the feeling of under-damped brake dive when applying the brakes quickly. My wife phrased it as "Now the Bronco feels less bumbley!"
It depends on whether your Bronco has the frame welded brackets. From my understanding there are limited 2021 models that were built late in the year that had 2022 model frames. Basically like November and December build 2021's have the frame welded brackets.@Nolabel - did you ever install? Impressions? If I’m understanding correctly - these 4 bolts are what hold the end link brackets to the holes in the frame? Somewhere I read that welding was required - but, I think that is false.
Mine does NOT have frame welded brackets. Late June 2021 build. Sorry if this is beating a dead horse - but, that parts list DOES NOT include the frame welded brackets? Are they available at the parts counter? Were you able to get the OEM setup installed? It depends on whether your Bronco has the frame welded brackets. Mine was an August build so it doesn't have the frame welded brackets. Those 4 bolts attach to the rear axle in factory holes.
Which direction did you install the links? Bolts toward tires or differential? Does it matter?
The suspension has to be fully drooped out and the vehicle on a lift so you have full maneuverability of the bar.Was anyone able to install their RSB without removing the gas tank?? I’m stuck because I can’t get the bar in place
