I empathize with your son, my blend date is set and i still check constantly.
Production date now matches build week date. Modules populated today as well as the tear tag.

Blend date 7/18. Was set early June and didn't change.
Still showing "In Production" which has been the case since 6/30. I thought it was going to be early.
I see module data populated and a tear tag now.
Yesterday I couldn't connect w Fordpass, but today I got "vehicle found" and it was added. Unable to Activate Vehicle - says "Feature Unavailable" at this point.
Exciting! Hopefully I get it soon but it may take some time to get to me here in NC.

I’ve got a 7/21 blend date, seeing some modules populate now. Anyone with an earlier blend date getting a built notification yet? Not sure what the delay between blend and built usually is
I have the same (7/21) blend date, and modules populated last night. I could be wrong, but I'd expect a built notification within a week.
Mine was blended on 7/18. Still no built notification but they seem to take a while to catch up on this end.

What are modules populated? Blend date was 7/20. Thanks.
BCM. (Body Control Modules). Basically the electronics that control the multitude of items in the vehicle. Means the vehicle has smarts to run now.
“Body Control Module in automotive, makes use of the vehicle's bus system (CAN, LIN, etc.) to communicate with different ECUs in the vehicle. This module can be considered to be the brain controlling different body parts (different ECUs) by sending and receiving signals through the nerves (vehicle BUS).Mar 18, 2020”
