No with any of our A-Pillar kits everything is in the kit.

Baja Designs S1, S2, Squadron don't require a bracket (but Baja Designs' kit includes an off-set bracket as part of their "Kit" which is used on the larger lights, so you get it regardless)

Diode Dymamics don't require one due to their bracket design, they have a notch you can slide the lights in

Baja Designs: https://www.4x4truckleds.com/baja-designs-a-pillar-kit-for-2021-ford-bronco/

Diode Dynamics SS3: https://www.4x4truckleds.com/diode-dynamics-stage-series-ss3-ditch-light-kit-for-2021-ford-bronco/

Diode Dynamics SS5: https://www.4x4truckleds.com/diode-dynamics-stage-series-ss5-ditch-light-kit-for-2021-ford-bronco/

The Diode Dynamics are 20% off right now (discounts applied once added to your cart)
You had stated earlier you like the SS5 on the for the Bronco location in front of A pillars. Why is that? More light, or the size look better?

Does the Pro SS3 provide as much light at the sport SS5? I am sure the advantage of the Pro is more light from same size light.

I've always liked a slightly larger light on the a-pillars. The Diode Dynamics are more "BOXY" then the Baja Designs look. Baja has more rounded corners, but the SS5 from Diode are BRIGHT and feature an RGB back-light feature.

Sport is pretty bright, that's what we run on our pillars, but Pro are even brighter

Any of those pod lights whistle while on the highway?

I couldn't post about this earlier, but check out the Diode Dynamics kits. They are 20% off right now (discount is applied once added to your cart):

So for $175.20 (we'll ship them free also) you've got a killer set of Ditch Lights. We even include the wiring harness for an easy installation

Bought a set!! Order number is 28369. Got it with the amber background lighting. Can't wait to get them installed!

I have been going back and forth on ditch lights for 26 months. I want something very small (2” or less). Maybe RGB backlight, but not a show stopper. I want to put two on each side. one spot and one flood. I think I will be looking forever.

The only RGB Back-light options we sell are the Diode Dynamics SS5 lights (5" pods): https://www.4x4truckleds.com/diode-dynamics-stage-series-ss5-ditch-light-kit-for-2021-ford-bronco/

The 2" pods don't have an RGB back-light, you have to select what color you want

SSC2: https://www.4x4truckleds.com/led-auxiliary-lights/diode-dynamics/

Then you also want our harness: https://www.4x4truckleds.com/crysta...arness-2x-dt-4-pin-connectors-diode-dynamics/

Or you can do the 3" kit which has the amber back-lighting (you save as part of our kit as it INCLUDES our harness): https://www.4x4truckleds.com/diode-dynamics-stage-series-ss3-ditch-light-kit-for-2021-ford-bronco/

if you want a S3' with a different color, get the pods here: https://www.4x4truckleds.com/led-auxiliary-lights/diode-dynamics/

Then get our harness: https://www.4x4truckleds.com/crysta...arness-2x-dt-4-pin-connectors-diode-dynamics/

Thought this thread was about lights that don't break the bank... I mean I guess there are some people that have bigger banks than others

Look at my post (#11). I did A-pillar Pod Lights for less than $50.

$175.20 for a pair of ditch lights that includes all the harnesses needed and are engineered and manufactured in America for a vehicle that costs at minimum $38000 is considered breaking the bank? I call that steal. All with an 8-year warranty?

I thought that too. Until I whacked a deer one night. I now have ditch, bumper, and ordered DD pocket fogs. Not hitting moving objects is important to me, need to light up the night.

My ditch and bumper lights are Rough Country Osram floods, only used on 2-lane country roads.

The DD fogs are SAE so I can use them all the time. White for all time and yellow for rain/snow. Fogs throw a wide enough beam to light up the ditches, plus you can aim them.

A bit of a necro bump but no sense in starting a separate thread.

There look nice and compact and are priced well, 5 years warranty
