100% truth, even saved the voicemail
Ford did an extremely poor job setting up this entire reservation process. It combines the worst aspects of both ordering online and dealing with a dealership.

Wish we could have just ordered straight through Ford. Even if we had to pay a small dealer fee to pick up, the piece of mind would have been a godsend

Sadly it's been a crap shoot for the most part with most "salesmen". I don't understand how Ford didn't try and send them to school on the bronco. It's embarrassing when the dealer calls and you explain that you're waiting for 2022 colors/options/info to convert and they ask "oh there's gonna be changes?" Like wow, they're so out of touch not understanding that there's forums and a whole community of folks educating themselves on this vehicle.
