Wife and I both WFH and live at the beach... with shit traffic during peak season it's basically only used to get me out onto the sand for fishing.

Well since I live here I considered it. But when I did my ordering dealer said trims higher than BD they start adding carpet and all that. I just wanted to be able to hose all the sand out at the end of the day

Most likely will be storing mine for winter also. What steps do you take before? trickle charger for battery? fluids? tires(flat spots)? Never stored a vehicle before so looking into what needs to be done.

Not exactly, but I keep mine in storage for the winter.

Lol, that's not far from truth, John, from what I hear.
May the odds be in your favor.
Question for those who know: Are those roads worse than the ones in Louisiana?
Of everywhere I've been, they take the "crappiest roads" prize so far.
I-20 makes you feel like you are actually on a bucking bronco.

I have driven both LI and I 20 in the last year. I20 though Shreveport is worse for some reason. I drove to TX in my F150 and my Bronco. I was bounced out of my seat a few times on I20. I guess that is how they get people to slow down.

To be fair I have only driven as far as Bethpage on LI so if it gets worse out that way I am not sure.

I have a 2015 Escape I use to drive normal normal drives. My Bronco is a DD to work and small running around town. I hope to heading to Windrocks sooner then later in it.

Louisiana roads do suck. I drive to TX every year. I live in PA and the roads here suck just as much as Louisiana's do. It's a toss up whos is worse. ;)

Anyone primarily keep their Bronco in storage and only break it out for 4x4'ing?

Bought the Bronc mainly for off-road duty. But I do drive it to work just because it is fun to drive.

I only use my Bronco for exploring trails. Hardly ever drive it during the week. I have 3 national forests to chose from so I stay pretty busy on the weekends.

I give it a good wash and put a trickle charger on it. I don't start it or move it again until spring. This has worked for me for 2 winters so far.

That is pretty much my plan. Thanks for the information.
