1. Torn shift boot at delivery. Dealer replaced
2. Passenger side fender body line wavy and dent above the body line from the factory. PDR can do anything. Noticed a day after delivery. To repair, it would need a replacement and respray...nope
3. Crease on the left edge of the hood. Reported the same time as the fender. PDR can't fix. Only fix would be a replacement and respray...also nope
4. Broken clip on plastic vent piece on tailgate. Replaced under warranty
5. Blinker stem metallic sound on return. Replaced under warranty
6. Missing bolt covers on dash trim. Replaced under warranty
7 . Front driveshaft pinion seeping. Dealer said Ford won't do anything until it's dripping
8. Rear end whining under load. Service advisor could hear it. Tech couldn't
9. Rear hard top clamshell cracking and rear passenger side window seal allowing water in. Replaced under warranty
10. MT grinding noise. Not letting it get touched until there's a problem
11. Loose driver interior grab handle cover. Dealer claims it's not loose/normal
12. Constantly monitoring the engine temp since my 2.3L was built in the period with cracking blocks
13. New for today - Horrible upper dash panel clicking
Long time Ford family that pumped out Cleveland engines, and used to feel such pride for the brand. I have a 2D Heritage being built in February, and I'm finding it very hard to want to give Ford more money. It's a fun car to drive, but not when it's to the dealer this often, and having service advisors highly suggest getting an extended warranty. A tough steel frame, with tinfoil, glass, soft plastic and cheap rubber wrapped around it. I really had high hopes for Fords Bronco experiment.
