1. Torn shift boot at delivery. Dealer replaced
2. Passenger side fender body line wavy and dent above the body line from the factory. PDR can do anything. Noticed a day after delivery. To repair, it would need a replacement and respray...nope
3. Crease on the left edge of the hood. Reported the same time as the fender. PDR can't fix. Only fix would be a replacement and respray...also nope
4. Broken clip on plastic vent piece on tailgate. Replaced under warranty
5. Blinker stem metallic sound on return. Replaced under warranty
6. Missing bolt covers on dash trim. Replaced under warranty
7 . Front driveshaft pinion seeping. Dealer said Ford won't do anything until it's dripping
8. Rear end whining under load. Service advisor could hear it. Tech couldn't
9. Rear hard top clamshell cracking and rear passenger side window seal allowing water in. Replaced under warranty
10. MT grinding noise. Not letting it get touched until there's a problem
11. Loose driver interior grab handle cover. Dealer claims it's not loose/normal
12. Constantly monitoring the engine temp since my 2.3L was built in the period with cracking blocks
13. New for today - Horrible upper dash panel clicking

Long time Ford family that pumped out Cleveland engines, and used to feel such pride for the brand. I have a 2D Heritage being built in February, and I'm finding it very hard to want to give Ford more money. It's a fun car to drive, but not when it's to the dealer this often, and having service advisors highly suggest getting an extended warranty. A tough steel frame, with tinfoil, glass, soft plastic and cheap rubber wrapped around it. I really had high hopes for Fords Bronco experiment.

That subwoofer rattle issue is probably never going to be fixed. You’d be better off doing that yourself because even if the subwoofer is bad you don’t want a stock one to replace it.

lots of people on here have upgraded the subwoofer successfully, either with the fancy JL Audio or a more DIY approach.

Why do people keep calling the Bronco a car? Zero problems with either of my 6g Bronco's.
Why do people call the Bronco a truck??

The subwoofer ”rattle” or “buzz” is common. I’ve never fixed mine but have heard it can be done. Glitchy CarPlay is not uncommon. I often have to fiddle with how it connects (CarPlay or just standard bluetooth. These issues appear kind of “no big deal”. I’d be a lot more concerned with drivetrain issues or vehicle failing to start, etc

Unfortunately my local dealers are the same useless, I have several issues with my f250 platinum tremor 6.7 and honestly I just gave up I have zero time for incompetence, maybe once my bronco shows up I’ll drop the truck off somewhere and tell them don’t call me until it’s fixed right
I tried saying that to them but if I waited for them to call me it would take months. They wanted to keep my car for longer than a month just to fix some issues.

Lol, lemon law because of a few squeaks, rattles and OP can't figure out Apple Maps?!? 🤣
Yea like Apple Maps glitching into rerouting nowhere is my fault. The whole sync system on my car is completely gone. And now my front camera completely stopped working. Today my front sensors completely stopped working and brings up an alert every time now.

Apple Maps rerouting is also not the fault of the Sync system.

-Who diagnosed the APIM failure and has that been replaced?
-Do you have a work order that states that dash re-wiring is needed? (because that sounds very much like a generic dealer excuse)

Your biggest problem is the dealership you are dealing with. Take it to different one and consider taking an adult with you.

I have a 2022 Ford Bronco Wildtrak and I just have so many issues with it. I will list them all of when I took the car brand new.

I will summarize this. I took my car to ford 8 times for the same issues and nothing was fixed. My car has 9k miles today.

(Delivery day) 6/24/2022: car had to be buffed and polished for 2 days because of something wrong with the clear coat.

7/1/2022: issues with apple carplay and screen scratched under the glass since the first day. Took it to the dealership I bought it from and they said they can’t do anything since it has been more than 7 days when i bought it. (Idk if it’s because I’m 17 so they think that I wouldn’t do anything about it)

11/09/2022: took car in to another dealership because the subwoofer was rattling and issues with sync and screen was all glitched. Apple Maps still not working. (I got my phone fully replaced and it still doesn’t work so I think it’s the cars issue) Nothing was fixed by the way. They put a dot of sound deadening on the plastic trim to stop the subwoofer rattling and it still does it.

11/22/2022: took the car to the same dealership as above and still said they couldn’t do anything. The main issue was the APIM module but they never replaced it. They said there were a bunch of wires messed up and that they have to rewire everything under the dash. I didn’t have time for that cause I had school so I took the car back.

03/17/2023: I went on vacation for a week so I decided to take my car to ford while I’m on vacation. They had my car for 3 weeks and didn’t do a single thing. They said they rewired everything but that was a lie. I went there to go pick up some things after my vacation and when I went there he pulled the car right away. He said he was in the middle of having the whole dash off so how would he pull the car back right away and the dash was not off.

04/13/2023: took car in for subwoofer rattling and issues with the screen since nothing was done. And still nothing was done.

05/02/2023: same issues. Nothing was fixed again. I’m at 4k miles by the way so I’m not driving it like crazy.

07/06/2023 took the car in the original dealership that I bought it from and they finally replaced the screen (it still had the same issues) subwoofer still rattled too. I had patched my tire since it had a nail in it so I let ford put an actual patch in it and they messed that up too. It was leaking air. Every morning I had to fill it up with air. After 3 days I took it back and they patched it right.

11/09/2023 took my car for 3 weeks because screen issues, subwoofer, and dash squeaking like crazy. I have to bang on my dash every 5 minutes to make it stop. Just for 3 simple issues it took 3 weeks. Guess what, nothing was fixed. Absolutely nothing. I talked to managers and still nothing. Front camera worked sometimes and they never fixed it

present day 12/18/2023: still have all of the issues from before. Subwoofer rattling, dashboard squeaking loudly, screen all glitched, front camera doesn’t work at all, Apple Maps still doesn’t work on CarPlay (it’s not my phone, I had 3 replacement iPhones and still doesn’t work on my car. My moms car it works good)
Hi Antonio! I can look into your Bronco's concern on my end. To get started, could you please send a private message over with the name/location of your local Ford dealer and your Bronco's VIN?

FYI, our resident Ford account is nothing more than an intern-bot-hybrid that doesn't offer any actual constructive help except to comment on pictures of Broncos.
Damn well we will see if anything happens

I've had my Bronco since September 2021, and other than a broken clip on my soft top and a faulty headlight control module that was replaced under warranty, I haven't had a single issue that I would consider complaining about.

That having been said, from reading on this forum, I accept a lot of things that other people consider "massive problems".
