Right now, M5. I think I’ll make a revision to the pill shaped slots in the rail, moving forward. The rail will be slightly thicker (top to bottom) to keep the strength the same, since I’ll be widening the slot to accept M6 or 1/4-20.

I have the smooth rails and they are a touch less than 5.5mm opening which isn't really usable for anytihing. Can we get ours re-machined or exchanged? I would love to be able to mount a 67 designs 1" ball on them.

Just realized they have a 20mm to 1" arm. I can use those.

That being said, 1/4-20 is the minimum these should be capable of accepting. Kind of an oversight IMHO.

Now just waiting on my 67 designs order (cell mount, 2 matte carbon medium arms & 2 series 55 balls) to arrive now. Damn wife’s Bronco is going to be set up real nice.

Just an fyi on your 67design series 55 balls, you will need to order M5 x .8 40mm bolts to replace the screws that come with it.

I just put in my order yesterday! Are we still looking at about 3 to 5 weeks before they ship?

If I can, I would suggest not having a time frame in your mind. I paid in December and Curtis suggested it would be the middle of Jan originally but now the end of February for me on the latest time frame expectation. I am of the opinion that it's gonna come when it comes, otherwise; it's just gonna make you mad.

In the meantime, lift/tires and wheels are incoming.

Those are all for the 20mm balls. Not the 1" which is what I currently own in the Ram mount solutions and what is the regular 67 designs carbon fiber arm. But thanks anyways.

Also iv never seen the AR style mounts. Would say 67D products work on smooth and AR style? Trying to figure out which style to order.

I ask because I already have some stuff from 67d from my 350.

Yes, my attachments don't fit either. I installed my smooth rail and bought mounts but they don't fit in the smooth rail openings. I need something small enough to screw through the rail. Any Recommendations??
