I have a VIN and my production date is the week of November 1st. My only problem is I cannot track my order. I did change my exterior color(back to Cactus Gray from Carbonized Gray) two weeks after I received the "Scheduled for Production" email. Looking at the picture below, is that a bad sign that my order will be pushed back?

Your order number might have changed with the color change but the VIN should have stayed the same. Your dealer can see the situation better than you can in the pizza tracker.

You have to put in the 4 digit order number that's on your DORA, not the 6 or 8 digit order number that's on your reservation page. If you don't have the DORA, you can call your dealer and ask what the order number is

If that black line on top is covering the whole number, you're probably using the wrong one. The "Customer Order Number" for me was the 4 digit "Order Code" on the paperwork I got from the dealer, not the longer order number that's on my Ford account.

Make sure you cut and paste the info and no spaces; that’s some users issue when this happens.

Also, like mentioned above, your order number should be 4 digits.

Same here. Ford.com not pulling my info but the forum tracker is working 👍
I'm finally able to pull my order up again on Ford.com..

I studied the VIN after clicking the link from my original e-mail back in May (Ive had a VIN a LOOONG time). IT PUT THE WRONG VIN IN THE WEBSITE! I dont know what kind of bug that is, but it was missing 2 digits in the middle of the VIN. I manually put it in and Bobs your uncle. The very same e-mail used to work just fine. What a mess.
