Attention! No 200k pass points!

Well that's what I thought. My dealer said they have no control over what Ford offers.

They have control of how it was ordered and when or if they changed the order in relation to the 200K offer. Their sales zone manager should be able to see that information and if it was a screw up on Ford's end, help get it resolved.

As others have stated, I took delivery of 2022 BL in February and had all 262,000 pts before I drove away at pickup. This is a comms failure...

I am a bit bummed myself. Back when the MOD was a constraint I switched my WT to an MIC. Then When they took away the MOD I feel better about my choice, but sounds like I opt'd my way out of 200k points

This is where I'm seeing a lot of "miscommunication" between dealerships and Ford corporate.
When the wife and I picked up our Bronco, the dealership had no idea that 1. We were supposed to have price protection and 2. we were supposed to get the 200k Ford Pass points. The email from the Bronco team announcing Points extension to 2022 models as well as price protection through 2023 models was sent out 6/25/21 but somehow in February when we picked up the car, this was complete news to the the dealership.

Even with the email from Ford Corporate in hand, we did not end up getting the price protection on a technicality so they gave us a little bit more on a trade-in we did to help compensate for the difference and I got away with 160k Ford pass points that the salesman manually entered into the system from his computer.

This is what my dealership just emailed me:There's nothing that we can do on our end. Ford told us that it doesn't apply and to refer back to the 2021 model years for the pass points. We don't have a leg in that fight with them and have tried our sources.

My order was put in 3/16/21. This is what I got from my dealership today:
There's nothing that we can do on our end. Ford told us that it doesn't apply and to refer back to the 2021 model years for the pass points. We don't have a leg in that fight with them and have tried our sources.

We never opted our way out of anything! Ford pushed us out of the Mod top into the MIC top only to stop production of the MIC top. That left us no choice of tops because the soft top wasn't available until October of 2021 when we had to convert our orders to a 2022! Maybe if there are enough of us a lawsuit is in order. It not only affected Wildtrak orders but every dual top orders also, but it affected WT orders more because we ended up with no top choice at all until we had to reorder our Broncos to a my22

Well.....I have wasted 5 hours on the phone with Ford Pass rewards, ford marketing and bronco marketing today with each one of them saying it was the other one that said I wasn't eligible for the 200k pass points. First they told me that I changed to a soft top when I reordered in October of 21, then they told me that when I reordered my bronco (because I couldn't get a 21) that I lost my original reservation date, then they told me that I wasn't eligible because when it went on chip hold THAT was the reason fo not getting my bronco.....NOT the modular top. FORD motor co. is a peace of shit. I'll go talk to my dealership GM tomorrow and see if there is anything he/they can do for me. If not....they will lose a lot more money than the $1000 when I buy my ESP from Granger and take all my service needs to the Ford dealer down the street. I have 4 Ford's in my stable. The dealership is ZECK in Leavenworth Kansas
