The video is from a Chinese car owner, and it is realized by flashing the phone!

Those are the lock door buttons....so guess it auto rolls up. Mine doesn't do that. I guess it can be enabled as the post before me suggests.

From what I understand, Auto-up is only enabled (factory) outside the US. It can be done with ForScan, but I haven't been able to figure it out. It would be a nice to have, but I'm not missing it.

They're referring to the ability to roll the windows up by long-pressing Lock on the keyfob, similar to how a press-and-hold of Unlock rolls them down

Auto up or by remote? I enabled by remote, didn't know auto up was possible. I've used it approximately zero times since.

It can be done - I changed something in Forscan based on a thread I found here and now my windows roll up using the key fob by pressing the lock button twice and holding it down on the second press.

I think the reason it’s disabled by default is that there’s no pressure sensor to tell it to stop. So if you activate it without eyes on the truck, anything hanging out the window could break The glass. Worse yet, a child or pet could be seriously injured.

I did also w/forscan. It does have pinch protection tho, that is built into the motor, and works even if you are putting it up w/the switch. Couldn't say if it would prevent the glass from breaking on a hard object, but I can stop the glass w/pressure from my hand

well this is good to know - I haven’t been bold enough to test my assumption.

I believe they are referring to when locking the car. I know you can roll the windows down from the remote I think by unlock twice and holding on the second time, but it won’t work if the car is remote started.

I know this is an old thread, being reborn, but what is the parameter for this to happen in Forescan? Is there a spreadsheet?
