Not acceptable.
Im certainly pretty nervous after already having it leak and not even a week into ownership. Leaks tend to get worse over time…

Does anyone else’s top have a section in the front window by the back where it looks like it’s essentially missing a chunk of the outside rubber? Both sides.

Yes, mine looks the same. I thought something wasn’t right but I looked at a couple others and they looked like mine also

I'm pretty sure I noticed something similar on my MIC 1.0 the other day. I will double check when I get home this evening.

Mine is similar. I assume that's where the majority of the wind noise on the passenger side comes from.

Yes mine has this. I believe this is the water run off point between the front and mid panels.

Mine have the same. I pointed this out upon delivery of both but do believe this is a drainage related area.

Chiming in with an update on my top:

1. I posted about my front two panels being in horrible shape with the way Webasto cut the edges. They do not seat properly and as a result I get quite a bit of wind noise and feel a pin size air stream from time to time. The official Ford account on here told me that it was a non-warranty item and the rep who emailed me said they would call to discuss. I never received that phone call...

2. My back cab C-pillar edges have the delamination gaps that others have posted on here. I looked at them again yesterday and noticed new areas starting to form. The delamination has 100% expanded to new areas. I live in CLE so this was not unexpected with the freeze thaw we have been going through these last several weeks.

My FE built 9-28 has the same issues. I haven't had the time to show my dealer though.
(Ford is aware and in communication, so we don't need to keep pinging them)

Updated photo from this AM. My hands aren't Samsquatch in real life, that's just the zoom level. You can see the fuzzy look on the edge, and that wasn't there when I picked it up 5 days ago. You REALLY have to be looking for it though.

Bad news, folks. This is a MIC 2.0 top built 10/1, delivered 4 days ago.

Top looked excellent at pickup. Did not notice any issues.. 4 days later, I notice I can see the old issue returning. Have not notified Ford yet.

Check your MIC tops CLOSELY on the rearmost panel by the windows. Appears to be pulling apart a bit.

I'll have a lot more photos and any other misc info coming shortly.

There is also slight honeycombing.

Edited for brevity.

i think you guys have unrealistic expectations about how these things should look for the most part. if these are cast parts, they will come out with slight imperfections. to expect otherwise is a little foolish. I'll gladly trade you one of these for my soft top plus cash :)

Anyone out there that lives in a rainy area and hasn’t had a leak yet?

Apparantly you haven't seen the quality of the Jeep Wrangler tops. There is absolutely no reason the hard top on the Bronco couldn't be the same. To automatically expect bad quality, and then accept it does nothing to improve the problem.

Feeling so good about switching to the soft top. I was on the phone with Patriot Fastbacks yesterday getting an update on when they will be taking hard top orders (End of April) and they told me they just got their hard top bronco in and said "Yeah its a piece of crap, we couldnt believe it!"

That is certainly what Ford is hoping for from its Bronco owners! That’s just the way it is, nothing Ford can do about it, so we’ll just have to live with it! Why does Jeep not have the same fit and finish issues with their hardtops?

yes, we all with MIC have that. These are cabin pressure vents, at least that is how I interpret them.
