I love seeing these kinds of style mods, better looking imo and way more fun than ordering a higher trim package!

Nice looking rig. Did you paint the beauty rings yourself? If so, what did you use?

No...got a buddy with a powder coating shop. They turned out real nice. I got them done for free...but he said retail he'd only be at like $80 for the set....totally the way to go.

Coming from someplace that has measurable snowfall each year, I couldn't disagree more. Open diffs are a no-go here, unless you're a city dweller, or retired. It's a shame it didn't come with a limited slip in the rear. 3 extra inches of clearance and 4 wheels spinning for the win.........
this.

The extra $ is absolutely worth every penny, and guess what, it's installed straight from the factory :ROFLMAO: (y)

My first thought when these were released was bright blue with white rims, grill and top. I think it's a great look!

Budget bronco guy did full grill in white and I thought it looked good!
I would have kept letters black though.

I put 33’s (Falken Wildpeak 285/75R16) on mine and they fit just great and look WAY better than stock. I went to americas tire and they were pretty skeptical but after their rub test they felt confident to put on all four and they’ve been great, already a lil over 1000 miles in. I kept the base steelies for now. Planning to upgrade in the future to 35s after I can get a lift and 17” wheels.
Looks killer! Some pretty cool replacement wheels in here, but I really dig the steelies especially with the bigger/more aggressive tires. Bit of a nod to the retro. Enjoy it.

base steel wheel specs
16x7 +55mm offset, 6x139.7 lugs, 93.1mm center bore

nissan spare wheel specs
16x7 +40mm offset, 6x139.7 lugs, 100.3mm center bore

I'll need to order 100.3mm -> 93.1mm hub centric rings, otherwise everything should be good to go. Pic shows stock wheel/tire on the left, nissan wheel/235 tire on the right

I have run 2 sets of 235 85 R16 (235 80R17 currently) on my first gen xterras

its such a great tire size for most things. Waiting on my bronco to arrive so will have the xterra another year maybe
